Due to concerns about COVID-19, we are verbally screening our patients. We request that you do not visit if you have any of the following.

- Fever

- Cough / Shortness of Breath

- Recent Flu or Pneumonia

-  Traveled internationally/areas affected by COVID-19 or Cruise Ship within past 14 days.

- Contact with anyone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19.

We are offering Televisits to our existing patients who are feeling sick with symptoms mentioned above.

City Healthcare now opens at 8 AM on Mondays and Fridays.

City Healthcare had a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house on May 9th, 2018. In presence were Dr. Riaz, her family, friends, patients, members of South Lake Chamber of Commerce and Leadership team from South Lake Hospital.
